FOUR WEEKS (One Month) BEFORE WEDDING
1. We will meet with the bride to discuss her overall ideas, expectations and order of service.
2. We will contact vendors to confirm delivery and set-up times. (Florist, Photographer, DJ/
Band, Bakery, Videographer, Limo Services, etc.)
3. Contact Host, Hostess and/or Ushers to review ceremony guidelines and answer questions.
TWO WEEKS BEFORE
1. Meet with Bride/ Mother of the Bride to review final details.
2. We will confirm bride's spa, hair and nail appointments.
3. Check for traffic delays or scheduled construction concerns that may delay bridal party,
vendors, or guest from arriving.
4. Confirm clearance for wedding and reception locations -setup times, deliveries and
arrivals. (Entrance Locations, Parking, Dressing Rooms, Restrooms, etc.)
5. Assist Bride with seating chart for Bridal Party, Parents and Guests
6. Prepare a comprehensive time-line for reception events.

4. Pre-wedding preparation - locate guest book, aisle runner, flower girl basket, candles, etc.
5. Notify Rehearsal Dinner location for Bridal Party's arrival.

RECEPTION
1. Confirm arrival and set up for all vendors pertaining to the reception.
2. Introduction of Parents and Grandparents
3. Introduction of Bridal Party
4. Introduction of Bride and Groom
Assist Disc Jockey/ Band with the following:
Announcement of Cake Cutting Tradition
Announcement of Bride and Groom's First Dance
Announcement of Bride and Father of the Bride/ Groom and Mother of the Groom Dance
Announcement of Best Man/ Maid-Matron of Honor Toast
Announcement of Toss Bouquet
Announcement of Garter Toss
Final follow up with Bride, Mother of the Bride, etc.
